Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record — your receipt and charge come from Paddle, not from us. When you email us for a refund under our guarantee, we request the refund ourselves from our Paddle account right away. Paddle approves most refunds automatically, and occasionally reviews one first, which can add a little time. Refunds land back on your original payment method within about 5–10 business days.

Separately, Paddle has its own refund policy for requests made directly to Paddle instead of to us (for example, a chargeback): generally a 14-day window at Paddle’s discretion, plus a legal 14-day right of withdrawal for customers in the EU/EEA, UK, or Switzerland.
